Who and in what situation

Ayşe is an account manager at an agency serving a municipality. After the weekly client meeting, she records decisions and actions on the agency’s Trello board; the notes often arrive as an email attachment.

How it is done today

Ayşe reads the notes, turns each action into a card and manually enters the owner and date. Items with an unclear owner or date may be left until the next meeting.

How to do it with AI

Points to consider

The Trello connector archives rather than permanently deletes; still check for the wrong board before approval. Manus can only operate in workspaces your account can access. If meeting attachments contain personal or client information, redact it according to your organization’s policy. [184] [180]
