E-commerce operations specialist Deniz checks order statuses in a trusted supplier portal every morning and adds delayed orders to a team note.

How it is done today

Deniz navigates the same pages, copies order numbers and writes delay notes manually. When submitting forms, Deniz performs the final check personally to avoid taking action on the wrong order.

How to do it with AI

  1. Install the Claude extension in Chrome. Claude in Chrome can read pages, click, type, navigate and fill in forms; it is documented as available on paid Pro, Max, Ultra, Team and Enterprise plans. [148]
  2. In Claude Desktop, enable the connector via Settings > Customize > Connectors > Claude in Chrome > Configure. Then activate it in each chat from the + > Connectors menu. [148]
  3. First, ask it only to read order statuses and create a draft table for {NOTE_FILE}. Require separate approval for write actions such as recording a delay or submitting a form.
