Who and in what situation

Canan is an operations manager at a shipping company. For the monthly meeting, she produces a short progress presentation from the project plan, process notes, and the format of a previous presentation. The presentation covers status, milestones, risks, and items awaiting decisions.

How it is done today

Canan copies headings onto slides, shortens paragraphs, and carries over colors and layouts from the old presentation. She then checks each slide against the meeting objective.

How to do it with AI

  1. Select Presentation on the Slides home screen or open the Ask Gemini panel in a blank file.
  2. Select Add sources > Add from Drive for the source and Match presentation style > Add from Drive for the format. [8]
