Who and in what situation

Kerem is on a bank’s internal communications team. He wants to check an announcement intended for senior management for errors in dates, figures, responsibilities and tone; his aim is for AI to create a checklist, not send the text.

How it is done today

He reads the draft twice, compares it with the source document and asks for a second editor’s opinion.

How to do it with AI

1. He separates the approved source from the draft to be sent; he identifies the date, figure, recipient and attachment fields to check.
