Hakan is the client director at a digital agency. The brief, brand guidelines, decision log and tasks are kept in the same Project; the team works with the same context.

How it is done today

Hakan distributes files by email, explains past decisions and tracks tasks through separate messages. Some tasks remain in a single account.

How to do it with AI

Projects and tasks are private by default. An invited person sees the shared context but does not automatically see individual tasks; each task must be shared separately.
